25 July 2026 — institutions and Nizamabad
- Mahbub College: corrected an inaccurate founder/date account and restored its origin as the Anglo Vernacular School founded in 1862 by Somasundaram Mudaliar.
- Anwar-ul-Uloom College: corrected an inaccurate 1922 founding claim; the college was founded in 1953 by the Anwarul Uloom Educational Association.
- Nizamia Tibbi College: replaced an unsupported 1894 founding date with a qualified institutional history distinguishing the older hakim tradition, the 1925 hospital and the college's 1938 reorganization.
- Nizamabad: removed a craft claim that had conflated Nizamabad, Telangana with an unrelated craft tradition associated with Nizamabad, Uttar Pradesh.
25–26 July 2026 — citation and factual review
A site-wide review added page-level references to many institutional, historical and cultural pages and corrected unsupported or overstated claims found during that process.
September 2026 — language and editorial audit
The Dakhni-language section and several institutional-history claims were re-reviewed for spelling variants, attribution, source quality and wording. The archive also added visible editorial credit and strengthened its public explanation of how AI-assisted research is checked.
How to report an error
Send the page URL, the statement in question and—where possible—the source that contradicts or qualifies it to syedazharfarhan@gmail.com. Corrections supported by stronger evidence are preferred over debates based only on unsourced web summaries.
