This page explains the role of artificial intelligence in Dakhni.org. It should be read together with the editorial methodology and corrections log, which describe the human publication process, source hierarchy, page-selection standard and correction practice.

Use of AI in research and compilation

Dakhni.org draws on publicly available historical records, academic publications, museum and archival holdings, government heritage resources, and other documented sources on the history and culture of the Deccan. Artificial intelligence tools are used throughout this process: to locate relevant material, compare sources, synthesise research into a consistent narrative voice, and organise it into the structure readers see on each page.

AI assistance is applied to research support, comparison, drafting and presentation. It is not treated as a source in itself, and it is not a substitute for documentary support for historical claims, dates, names or attributions. Publication responsibility remains with Dakhni.org’s human editor.

Sourcing and references

Wherever possible, factual claims are linked to a numbered citation and a corresponding entry in that page's References section, listing the source consulted. Priority is given to primary material, academic scholarship, museum and archive catalogues, and official institutional or government records when those sources are available.

Not every sentence carries an individual citation. Some material reflects general historical consensus drawn from multiple sources rather than a single reference. References listed on a page are intended to reflect sources actually consulted for that page's content.

Editorial verification and high-risk claims

Claims involving attribution, exact dates, institutional founding histories, numerical superlatives, or words such as first, only, oldest, largest, always, never, unbroken and continuous receive a higher level of scrutiny because small wording changes can turn a qualified historical statement into an unsupported absolute.

Such claims should be tied to a source that supports the specific proposition being made. Where reputable sources disagree, Dakhni.org aims to state the disagreement or use appropriately qualified language rather than present one interpretation as settled fact. Quotations and poetic attributions are checked against identifiable editions, archives or recognised literary repositories where possible.

Page selection and scaled-content safeguards

Dakhni.org does not create standalone pages solely because a keyword exists, because an automated internal-linking system would benefit from another target, or because a larger URL count might increase search coverage. Subjects that cannot yet support meaningful standalone treatment may remain on broader hub pages or be kept out of search indexing until they are substantially improved.

Corrections and versioning

Dakhni.org treats correction as part of archival maintenance. When a reliable source shows that an attribution, date or historical statement is wrong or overstated, the page is revised and its references are updated. The public website is maintained from a version-controlled repository so substantive changes can be traced over time.

Accuracy and independent verification

Every effort is made to ensure the material on this site is accurate and consistent with established historical scholarship. Readers using Dakhni.org for academic or professional research should still verify material against the cited sources and, where possible, the relevant primary record.

Dakhni.org draws on publicly available and historical material, and every effort is made to attribute sources appropriately. If you are a rights holder and believe that content, an image, or other material on this site has been used without appropriate attribution, or in a way that infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at syedazharfarhan@gmail.com with details of the material in question.

We will review such requests in good faith and, where appropriate, correct the attribution or remove the material promptly.
